中文摘要: 搅油损失是浸润式齿轮箱功率损失的重要组成部分,建立搅油损失功率计算模型对齿轮润滑系统节能设计有重要意义。在考虑齿轮几何参数、润滑油黏度、齿轮浸润面积、油液流动状态等因素的基础上,综合考虑润滑油黏温特性以及动态液面影响,提出齿轮搅油损失多场耦合分析方法,建立速度场和温度场耦合的搅油损失计算模型。利用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)仿真对理论模型进行验证,结果表明,考虑动态液位面的计算模型在转速大于1600 r/min时,与仿真结果较为一致,误差在4.66%以内。
Abstract:Churning loss is an important part of the immersion gearbox power loss. It is important to establish a churning loss model for the gear system. In this paper, on the basis of considering the geometric parameters of gears, the viscosity of lubricating oil, the wetting area of gears, the flow state of oil and other factors, and comprehensively considering the viscosity and temperature characteristics of lubricating oil and the influence of dynamic liquid level, a multi-field coupling analysis method for gear oil churning loss is proposed, and a calculation model of oil agitation loss based on velocity field and temperature field coupling is established. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation is used to verify the theoretical model, and the results show that the calculation model considering the dynamic liquid level plane is more consistent with the simulation results when the rotation speed is greater than 1600r/min, and the error is within 4.66%.
