中文摘要: 活塞式蓄能器常用于航空航天电液伺服系统中,降低瞬时大功率作动时对油源功率的需求。目前尚无活塞式蓄能器活塞直径的设计标准,不合适的活塞直径会直接影响蓄能器结构设计和使用性能,同时,新材料的应用极大减轻蓄能器质量。为评估活塞直径和质量等结构参数对蓄能器供能性能的影响,基于一类航空用活塞式蓄能器,建立了蓄能器供能性能评价模型,通过数值拟合方法得到了活塞直径与其质量的映射关系,分析了活塞质量、密封阻尼、活塞直径对蓄能器供能性能的影响规律。结果显示,活塞质量对蓄能器供能性能几乎无影响,活塞直径和密封阻尼是影响蓄能器供能性能的关键参数,最后对蓄能器如何选取合适的活塞直径提出建议。
Abstract:Piston accumulators are commonly used in the aerospace electro-hydraulic servo systems to reduce the power demand on oil sources during instantaneous high-power actuation. At present, there is no design standard for the piston diameter of piston accumulators. An inappropriate piston diameter directly affects the structural design and service performance of the accumulator. Meanwhile, the application of new materials significantly reduces the overall weight of the accumulator. To evaluate the influence degree of piston diameter and its weight on the energy supply performance of the accumulators, this paper takes a certain type of aerospace piston hydraulic accumulator as the research object, establishes an evaluation model for the energy supply performance of the accumulators, obtains the mapping relationship between piston diameter and its weight through the numerical fitting method, and analyzes the influence laws of piston weight, seal damping and piston diameter on the energy supply performance of the accumulators. The results show that piston weight has almost no influence on the energy supply performance of the accumulators, while piston diameter and seal damping are the key parameters affecting the energy supply performance of the accumulators. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions on the selection of an appropriate piston diameter for the accumulators.
