中文摘要: 为解决GPS失效环境下无人机的精准着陆导航问题,提出了一种基于激光雷达SLAM算法的抗干扰导航方案。研究重点是设计陆基激光信标系统,以及建立融合高斯噪声的非线性运动模型和激光雷达观测模型。通过扩展卡尔曼滤波实时估计激光路标位置,实现无人机着陆轨迹的精确预测与规划。仿真结果表明,该方案在适当参数设置下可满足无人机定点着陆的精度与实时性要求,为复杂环境下无人机导航提供了可靠的技术支撑。

Abstract:This study aims to address the precise landing navigation problem of UAVs in GPS-denied environments by proposing an anti-interference navigation scheme based on a LiDAR SLAM algorithm. The research focuses on designing a ground-based laser beacon system and establishing a nonlinear motion model integrated with Gaussian noise and a LiDAR observation model. By employing an extended Kalman filter to estimate the positions of laser landmarks in real time, precise prediction and planning of UAV landing trajectories are achieved. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method meets the accuracy and real-time requirements for UAV precision landing with appropriate parameter settings, providing reliable technical support for UAV navigation in complex environments.
