中文摘要: 成像激光雷达因具有体积小、精度高、探测距离远和抗干扰能力强等特点而广泛应用于自动驾驶汽车、交通管理、大气探测、军事侦察等军事和民用领域。光电探测单元是激光雷达系统回波信号的探测中最为关键和重要的器件之一。主要综述了基于电荷耦合器件(Charge-Coupled Device,CCD)、雪崩光电二极管(Avalanche Photodiode,APD)和光电二极管(Positive-Intrinsic-Negative,PIN)3种探测器的激光雷达研究进展,阐述了这3种探测器的工作原理及基于不同探测器的成像激光雷达的国内外研究和应用发展现状,分析和对比了这3种探测器的优缺点,以期为激光雷达设计中探测器的选择提供有用的参考。
Abstract:Imaging LiDAR is widely applied in military and civilian fields such as autonomous driving, traffic management, atmospheric sensing, and military reconnaissance due to its small size, high precision, long detection range, and strong anti-interference capability. The optoelectronic detection unit is a crucial and essential component for detecting the echo signals in a LiDAR system. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the research progress of LiDAR based on three detectors: charge-coupled device (CCD), avalanche photodiode (APD), and positive-intrinsic-negative (PIN). It elucidates the working principles of these detectors and presents an overview of their research and application developments in imaging LiDAR systems, both domestically and internationally. The paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these three detectors, aiming to provide useful references for selecting detectors in LiDAR system design.
