中文摘要: 运载火箭贮箱排气管的主要功能是为了满足增压输送系统在测试阶段的贮箱放气和在发射准备阶段的贮箱排气需求。排气管被破坏可能导致贮箱内的推进剂在封闭环境内聚集,在严重情况下会导致火箭爆炸。利用某运载型号在加注后出现了排气管波纹管破裂的故障现象,通过构建受力模型、进行仿真分析,验证了多因素变形对排气管破裂所产生的影响。仿真分析结果显示,在极限变形情况下,波纹管组件经受交变载荷,产生疲劳,发生破裂。最后,经过1:1地面模拟试验,验证了仿真分析的有效性,同时也为排气管在火箭飞行过程中受力的后续分析提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:The exhaust pipe of launch vehicle storage tank in pressurization feed system mainly works for satisfying bleeding in testing phase and exhausting in launching readiness phase. The destruction of the exhaust pipe may lead to the accumulation of propellant in the tank and in an enclosed environment, which can cause a rocket to explode in serious cases. This paper introduces the fault phenomenon occurred after filling which is caused by the destruction of the bellows of exhaust pipe, to verify the effect of multi-factor deformation through the simulation analysis by building a load-bearing model. The result of analysis indicates that the cause of breakage is the fatigue when bellows assembly undergoing alternating loads in the case of limiting deformation. At last, the effectiveness of simulation analysis was verified by a 1:1 ground test. At the same time, the ground test will strongly support the subsequent force analysis of exhaust pipe for the rocket during its flight.
