中文摘要: 介绍并分析了常用充退磁方法及其优缺点,依据相关工作机理完成了伺服阀充退磁装置研制,并进行了各型伺服阀磁钢组件的定压充磁、定流退磁以及温度稳定性考核试验,通过试验数据表明,所研制伺服阀用精密充退磁装置工作性能可靠、充磁和退磁参数稳定、充退磁效率和合格率得到了提高。

Abstract:This paper introduced and analyzed the commonly used magnetizing and demagnetizing methods and their advantages and disadvantages. According to the relevant working mechanism, the magnetizing and demagnetizing apparatus on servo valve was completed. Then experiment was done under magnetization with constant voltage, demagnetization with constant current and temperature stability conditions,and it shows that the magnetizing and demagnetizing apparatus have reliable performances, stable magnetization and demagnetizing parameters, the effects and qualified rate was improved after using the magnetizing and demagnetizing way.
