中文摘要: 利用解析法计算出高速储能飞轮转子护套所需过盈量的范围,利用有限元软件进行静止状态和工作状态下护套的应力分析,仿真结果与解析计算结果基本吻合,验证了结果的有效性。分析了装配过程中,护套加热产生的热变形,为护套的过盈安装提供了依据。最后, 对飞轮转子的模态进行了仿真和实验, 两者结果的误差为0.6%。

Abstract:The range of interference required by the rotor sheath of high-speed energy storage flywheel is calculated by analytic method. The stress analysis of the sheath in static state and working state is carried out by finite element software. The simulation results are in good agreement with the analytical results, and the validity of the results is verified. The thermal deformation caused by the heating for the sheath during the assembly process is analyzed, which provides the basis for the interference fit of the sheath. Finally, the model of flywheel rotor is simulated and tested, and the error of simulation and experiment is 0.6 %.
