中文摘要: 首先建立了传动间隙的数学模型,包括迟滞模型和死区模型,分析了传动间隙对系统稳定性的影响。其次,采用描述函数法对含传动间隙的非线性系统进行研究,揭示了传动间隙引起自振的机理。在此基础上,探讨了在不同控制算法下,传动间隙对系统自振频率和幅值的影响。最后,得出了通过调整控制算法参数或增加垫片等缩小间隙提升精度的方式,来抑制传动间隙引起的自振的策略,为提高舵机的稳定性和精度提供了理论依据。
Abstract:This paper first establishes the mathematical model of the drive gap, including the hysteresis model and dead zone model, and analyses the influence of the drive gap on the stability of the system. Second, the describing function method is used to study the nonlinear system with a transmission gap, which reveals the mechanism of self-oscillation caused by the drive gap. On this basis, the effects of the drive gap on the frequency and amplitude of system self-oscillation are discussed under different control algorithms. Finally, a strategy to suppress the self-oscillation caused by the drive gap by adjusting the parameters of the control algorithm or reducing the gap to improve the accuracy by adding shims, etc., is derived, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the stability and accuracy of the rudder.
