中文摘要: 红外小目标检测技术在城市安防、遥感勘测以及军事制导等诸多领域均具有重要的应用价值。然而,自然背景杂波与人工诱饵弹所构成的联合干扰,显著降低了红外小目标检测技术的精度和鲁棒性。为此,提出了一种基于局部对比度与方向导数的抗诱饵红外小目标检测算法。首先,提取局部对比度与二阶方向导数两种特征,分别反映目标的空间分布特性和边缘结构特性,并通过自适应融合策略有效抑制背景杂波和诱饵干扰,进而提取出图像中的红外小目标;其次,针对诱饵遮挡问题,引入特征突变判别机制,通过计算相邻帧间的特征差值作为诱饵遮挡的判定依据,并在诱饵遮挡目标期间,采用卡尔曼滤波器对目标位置进行预测,以确保目标检测的连续性和稳定性;最后,在诱饵与目标分离后,迅速实现对于目标的重捕获。在包含诱饵弹的多组真实红外序列上的对比实验结果表明,本文算法在背景杂波和诱饵干扰的抑制方面表现出较强的鲁棒性,同时实现了较高的目标检测准确率。
Abstract:Infrared small target detection technology holds significant application value in urban security, remote sensing surveying, and military guidance, but the combined interference from natural background clutter and artificial decoy flares severely degrades its detection accuracy and robustness. To address this issue, this paper presents an anti-decoy infrared small target detection algorithm integrating local contrast and directional derivative features. The proposed method first extracts local contrast reflecting spatial distribution characteristics and second-order directional derivative capturing edge structure features, then adaptively fuses these features to suppress background clutter and decoy interference while extracting small targets. To handle decoy occlusion scenarios, a feature mutation discrimination mechanism is introduced by calculating inter-frame feature differences to identify occlusion events, during which the Kalman filter predicts target positions to maintain detection continuity. After decoy separation, rapid target recapture is achieved. Comparative experiments on real-world infrared sequences with decoy interference demonstrate that the algorithm effectively suppresses complex backgrounds and decoys while achieving high detection accuracy and robustness.
