中文摘要: 随着智能技术的快速发展,多目标协同系统在复杂动态环境中展现出显著的技术价值与应用潜力。针对目标群体数量庞大、空间分布密集且运动高度协同的特点,提出了一种基于多传感器协同的目标态势感知算法。该系统首先通过构建点集图结构、几何变换及匹配优化算法,实现复杂环境下的精确目标匹配。在此基础上,融合多视图几何原理与相机成像模型,构建全局观测视图,将目标空间分布解析转化为三角定位问题,显著提升了测量精度,有效改善了多目标态势感知中的漏检问题。实验结果表明,该方法在复杂动态环境下具有较高的实用性与可靠性,在位置误差范围为(0,500) m 和姿态误差范围为(-60°,60°) 的情况下,识别正确率仍保持在95.18%以上,数量估计误差控制在1.19%以内,目标分布误差为1.11 m。
Abstract:With the rapid development of intelligent technology, multi-target cooperative systems have demonstrated significant technical value and application potential in complex dynamic environments. In response to the characteristics of a large number of target groups, dense spatial distribution, and highly coordinated movement, this study proposes a target situation awareness algorithm based on multi-sensor collaboration. The system first achieves precise target matching in complex environments by constructing a point set graph structure, geometric transformation, and matching optimization algorithm. On this basis, it integrates multi-view geometry principles and camera imaging models to construct a global observation view, transforming the analysis of target spatial distribution into a triangulation positioning problem, which significantly improves measurement accuracy and effectively addresses the problem of target missed detection in multi-target situation awareness. Experimental results show that this method has high practicality and reliability in complex dynamic environments: with a position error range of (0,500) m and an attitude error range of (-60°, 60°), the recognition accuracy rate remains above 95.18%, the number estimation error is controlled within 1.19%, and the target distribution error is 1.11 m.
