中文摘要: 片上集成光学相控阵采用半导体工艺可以将众多光学元件集成在同一个芯片上,在尺寸、成本、稳定性等方面展现出了突出的优势,为新一代全固态激光雷达提供了技术路线。首先介绍光学相控阵的基本原理,并以此为基础重点阐述视场角和旁瓣抑制比的数学模型;之后综述光学相控阵芯片在大视场角和高旁瓣抑制比方面的最新发展现状;最后总结现阶段片上光学相控阵面临的技术难题并展望未来的发展趋势。
Abstract:On-chip integrated optical phased arrays (OPA), which utilize semiconductor processes to integrate multiple optical components onto a single chip, demonstrate remarkable advantages in size, cost, and stability, thereby enabling next-generation all-solid-state light detection and ranging (LiDAR) systems. This paper first introduces the fundamental principles of OPA, followed by a detailed exposition of mathematical models of the field of view (FOV) and sidelobe suppression ratio (SLSR). Subsequently, we review recent advances in OPA chips regarding wide FOV and high SLSR. Finally, we summarize current technical challenges in on-chip OPA and provide perspectives on future development trajectories.
