中文摘要: 针对双目视觉测量系统的精度问题,从汇聚式和平行式两类双目视觉系统出发,依次提出并建立误差分析模型,分析了相机结构参数基线和焦距、镜头安装结构、标定精度、待测深度距离与测量误差的关系特性,研究相关因素对测量误差的影响,进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在满足视场约束条件下,上述分析建立的误差模型,能有效估计双目视觉系统的测量误差,为后续的测量误差修正提供理论模型,为搭建所需的双目视觉系统,提供合适的结构和参数设计建议。
Abstract:To address the problem of the accuracy of the binocular vision measurement system, this paper proposes and develops an error analysis model for convergent and parallel binocular vision systems. It analyzes the relationship between key camera structural parameters, including baseline, focal length, lens mounting structure, calibration accuracy, and the depth of the measured object and the resulting measurement errors. The study explores the impact of these factors on measurement accuracy and presents a simulation analysis. By considering the constraints of the field of view, the simulation results show that the error model established by the above analysis can effectively estimate the measurement error of the binocular vision system, and provide a theoretical model for the subsequent measurement error correction, and the suggestions for designing suitable structures and parameters for the construction of the required binocular vision system.
