中文摘要: 捷联惯组是导航控制系统的核心设备之一,能够通过旋转机构进行自检测、自对准、自标定,建立捷联惯组的数字模型有利于监控产品状态、预测产品精度变化趋势、辅助定位产品故障。首先对捷联惯组的系统组成进行分析,并根据不同组成部分的特性建立对应的数学模型,然后基于数字孪生建立捷联惯组多维度多学科动态模型,最后通过试验验证该模型能够一致性反映捷联惯组实体产品在真实环境中的属性、功能、性能以及被测试的能力。通过捷联惯组的数字孪生系统,实现捷联惯组在数字空间与物理空间之间的实时交互应用。
Abstract:The strap-down inertial unit is one of the core equipment of the navigation control system. It can perform independences detection, independences alignment, and independences calibration through a rotating mechanism. The establishment of the digital model of the strap-down inertial group is conducive to monitoring the product status, predicting the trend of product accuracy, and assisting in locating product faults. In this paper, the system composition of the strap-down inertial group is analyzed, and the corresponding mathematical model is established according to the characteristics of different components, and then the multi-dimensional and multidisciplinary dynamic model of the strap-down inertial group is established based on the digital twin, and finally, the model can be verified through experiments to consistently reflect the attributes, functions, performance and tested capabilities of the real product of the strap-down inertial group. Through the digital twin system of the strap-down inertial group, the real-time interactive application of the strap-down inertial group between the digital space and the physical space is realized.
