中文摘要: 为适应长征四号系列运载火箭控制系统的新状态、新需求,进一步提高控制系统测试覆盖性、消除安全隐患,对运载火箭测试系统开展了技术研究。通过梳理测试系统的功能,提出了一套基于面向仪器系统PCI扩展(PCI Extensions for Instrumentation,PXI)技术的运载火箭实时监测系统,该套系统以PXI计算机为核心,结合模拟量采集、数字量采集、实时以太网和数据自动识别判读等技术,可完成该型号背景下的调试、试验和验收工作。测试数据表明,测试系统数据处理正确、系统匹配性合理、测量精度高,通用性强,在高态势的发射需求下,具有很好的应用前景。
Abstract:In order to adapt to the new status and requirements of the Long March 4 series launch vehicle, further improve the test coverage of the control system and eliminate safety risks,technical research has been conducted on the test system of the launch vehicle control system. By sorting out the test system of the carrier rocket control system, a real-time monitoring system of carrier rockets based on PCI extensions for instrumentation (PXI) technology is proposed. The system is based on a PXI computer as the core, combined with analog data acquisition, digital data acquisition, real-time Ethernet and automatic data interpretation technologies, which can complete the debugging, testing and acceptance work under the background of the module. The test data shows that the test system has correct data processing, reasonable system matching, high measurement accuracy, and strong universality. It has a good application prospect under the high launch demand.
