中文摘要: 本文在分析飞行器装备历史故障数据的基础上,充分分析在飞行器装备长期贮存和维修保障过程中,造成危害的主要因素。利用加权方法建立评估模型,对飞行器装备的主要功能单元进行重要度优先级排序。然后结合蒙特卡洛方法,通过统计分析识别出惯性测量组合为关键功能单元,为逐步实施飞行器状态维修提供参考意见。
Abstract:On the basis of analyzing historical fault data of aircraft equipment, this paper fully analyzes the main influencing factors of conducting criticality analysis(CA) during the storage and maintenance process of aircraft equipment. Using weighted methods, an evaluation model is established to prioritize the importance of the main functional units of aircraft equipment. Then, combined with Monte Carlo methods, the inertial measurement unit(IMC) was iden-tified as a key functional unit(KFU) through statistical analysis, providing reference opinions for gradually im-plementing aircraft condition maintenance.
