中文摘要: 主动侧杆(Active Side-Stick,ASS)成为了目前的研究热点,主动侧杆可提供力反馈功能以模拟弹簧的作用,反馈的杆力随侧杆位移变化,且可自动回弹到中立位。针对飞机主动侧杆模拟弹簧控制问题,将主动侧杆等效为一个无质量的弹簧-阻尼系统,采用永磁同步电机作为力矩电机,对其采用PI电流环控制,根据位移-杆力特性曲线及阻尼特性得到交轴电流参考值,根据侧杆位移输出对应的转矩。并采用一种回中定位策略,根据侧杆不同的偏转角改变控制参考值。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制策略能够实现主动侧杆模拟弹簧功能,且杆力反馈具有较高的精度和稳定性,并可保证主动侧杆的快速精确回中。
Abstract:Active side-stick (ASS) has become a research hotspot. It can provide force feedback to simulate the function of spring with stick-force changing with stick angle, and it can automatically return to the neutral position.The aircraft’s active side-stick is equivalent to a massless spring-damping system to solve the problem about simulating spring control, using permanent magnet synchronous motor as a torque motor. The torque motor is controlled by the PI current loop. The reference value of the quadrature axis current is obtained from the side-stick angle-force characteristic curve and the damping characteristic to output the corresponding torque according to the stick angle. A strategy for returning to the neutral position is adopted to change the control reference value according to the different deflection angles of the side-stick. The simulation and experimental results show that this control strategy can realize simulating the spring control of active side-stick, and the force feedback has high precision and stability, and the rapidity and accuracy of the side-stick for returning to the neutral position can be ensured.
