中文摘要: 针对非接触通信系统中的传统耦合装置所用铁磁材料存在感量宽温易变性、大量级振动应用和旋转端面安装受限性等问题,设计一种新型耦合装置,采用了印制铜线组或是多组导线绕制成型螺旋盘状的方式替代传统铁磁材料形成通信介质,从而实现了原、副边间的高质量通信,保证了其工程实用性。结合实例安装和多温度试验验证,该装置展示了安装方式灵活和宽温适应性强等特点。
Abstract:In view of the problems of the ferromagnetic material used in the traditional coupling device in the non-contact communication system, such as the wide temperature variability of the inductance, the limited application of a large number of vibration levels and the installation of the rotating end face, the new coupling device uses the printed copper wire group or the spiral disk made of multiple groups of wires to replace the traditional ferromagnetic material to form the communication medium, so as to realize the high-quality communication between the primary and secondary sides and ensure its engineering practicability. Combined with the example installation and temperature test verification, the device shows the characteristics of flexible installation and wide temperature adaptability.
