中文摘要: 针对我国运载火箭现役直接引流伺服系统能源部分可靠性较低现象,提出一种新型能源双冗余系统,实现了能源部分主副油路的自动切换和故障隔离,结构简单,重量轻,同时运用并优化逻辑双门限控制策略,根据主副油路切换工作特点确定了最优双门限阈值,进一步提高了能源双冗余系统可靠性,试验结果表明能源双冗余系统结构可靠,控制策略有效,不会出现误切现象,大大提高了伺服系统的可靠性,能够满足我国载人航天登月高可靠性要求。
Abstract:A new energy double redundancy system and its logic double threshold control strategy are proposed based on the low energy reliability phenomenon of the direct drainage servo system of Chinese Launch vehicle, which can realize energy switching and fault isolation automatically of the first and second oil circuit. And it has a simple structure and light weight. Moreover, the logic double threshold control strategy is optimized. The optimal double threshold valves are determined based on the first and second oil circuit switch working characteristics, which can improve the reliability of the double redundancy energy system greatly. The test results indicate the system structure is reliable and the control strategy is effective, which has no false switching phenomenon. It can improve the servo system reliability greatly and meet the high reliability requirements of Chinese manned space landing.
