中文摘要: 传感器倍频干扰信号与控制系统相互影响,容易引发磁轴承转子微振动。为了抑制高转速下传感器倍频干扰导致的磁轴承微振动,本文首先建立考虑传感器倍频干扰的磁轴承控制系统模型,分析位移传感器谐波与控制系统微振动的内在机理,然后提出一种基于多频自适应陷波器的磁轴承自动平衡控制方法,消除或抑制轴承的同频或倍频反作用力,使传感器谐波扰动产生的电磁力得到衰减。仿真结果表明,在转速30000(r/min)时,采用该自动平衡控制方法后,与传感器谐波干扰相关的振动力得到一定抑制。

Abstract:The multi-frequency interference signal of the sensor and the control system influences each other, which easily leads to the micro vibration of the magnetic bearing rotor. In order to suppress the micro vibration of the magnetic bearing caused by the multi-frequency interference of the sensor at high speed, this paper firstly builds the control system model of the magnetic bearing considering the multi-frequency interference of the sensor, and analyzes the internal mechanism of the harmonic of the displacement sensor and the micro vibration of the control system. Secondly, it proposes an automatic balancing control method of the magnetic bearing based on the multi-frequency adaptive notch filter to eliminate or suppress the same frequency or double frequency reaction force of the bearing, so that the electromagnetic force generated by the sensor's harmonic disturbance is attenuated. The simulation results show that when the speed is 30000 (r/min), the vibration force related to the harmonic interference of the sensor can be suppressed to a certain extent by adopting the automatic balance control method.
