中文摘要: 针对宽频带振动隔离的需求,提出了一种液压阻尼-弹簧-音圈电机串联的减振混合作动技术,实现了在0.1-500Hz较宽频带内振动隔离的方法。在结构设计的基础上,建立了液电混合作动的数学模型,对模型的各个参数进行了分析。用实际尺寸的结构有限元模型进行了电磁仿真验证,证明了电磁推力的符合性。使用样机进行了实际的输出力特性测试、位移跟踪测试和频率特性测试。测试结果表明:该作动技术可以实现0.5Hz频率的有效输出力跟踪和位移跟踪。
Abstract:Hybrid actuator technology for vibration isolation is proposed based on hydraulic damping, spring and voice moto in serial with wideband from 0.1Hz to 500Hz. After mechanical design, a mathematic model is built to the hydraulic electric hybrid actuator, and parameters of the model are analyzed. The mechanic finite element model with real dimensions is used to simulate and verify the electronic magnetic thrust force. A prototype is developed and the real output force characteristics, temperature rising, frequency characteristics are tested. The results demonstrate that the technology can realize the valid output force tracing and displacement tracing with 0.5Hz.
