中文摘要: 针对某型液压伺服机构压力脉动现象,分析并定位了引起压力脉动现象的主要环节。建立伺服机构Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,复现了压力脉动曲线,发现了液压泵控制活塞的阀芯阀套配合质量异常是导致压力脉动现象的主要因素。探讨了压力脉动现象对伺服阀性能的影响,得出了伺服机构压力脉动现象系液压泵调压机构性能下降导致,且低频小幅值压力脉动现象不影响伺服机构正常工作的结论。采用典型产品开展了实物试验,验证了结论的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the pressure fluctuation phenomenon of a certain type of hydraulic servomechanism, the main link causing the pressure fluctuation phenomenon is analyzed and positioned. The Matlab/Simulink simulation model of the servomechanism is established and the pressure fluctuation curve is reappeared. It is found that the mismatch of the value core and the valve sleeve of the piston of the hydraulic pump is the main factor that lead the pressure fluctuation. The effect of pressure fluctuation on the performance of servo valve is discussed. It is conclud-ed that the pressure fluctuation of the servomechanism is caused by the decline of the performance of the pressure regulating mechanism of the hydraulic pump, and the low frequency and small amplitude pressure fluctuation does not affect the normal work of the servomechanism. The physical test is carried out with a typical product,which verifies the validity of the conclusion.
