中文摘要: 针对卫星快速敏捷和大角度机动的需求,设计了一种基于双磁钢转子的大力矩飞轮用永磁电机。介绍了大力矩飞轮用电机的工作原理和结构构成,给出了主要尺寸的设计准则,并在Maxwell 环境下对双磁钢转子的永磁直流电动机进行了有限元分析。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of fast, agile and large angle maneuver satellite. We designed a kind of permanent magnet motor which can output large torque for flywheel based on double-layer magnetic steel rotor. This paper introduces the working principle and structure of this kind of motor. And it gives the design criterion of main dimensions, and uses the finite element analysis method to simulate the kind of permanent magnet DC motor based on double-layer magnetic steel rotor by using the MAXWELL software.
